About This Spot

Stepping into Restoroute Joliette feels like sliding into a well-worn booth at your favorite neighborhood joint—the kind of place where time seems to slow just enough for you to catch your breath and savor those familiar, comforting rhythms. The hum of casual conversations blends effortlessly with the clink of glasses and the savory aroma drifting from the kitchen. It’s unpretentious, welcoming, and carries the easygoing energy of a local gathering spot where everyone seems to know your name, or at least your favorite order.

The pace here is relaxed but alive, a gentle buzz of anticipation as plates arrive and stories are shared. Whether you’ve come seeking a quick, satisfying meal or simply a moment to recharge, there’s a warmth to the atmosphere that invites both lingering and returning again soon. The space feels lived-in and genuine, a testimony to Joliette’s everyday charm and the simple joy found in honest food and good company.

Menu highlights like the classic Greek Hamburger or the hearty, layered poutines don’t just offer a meal—they tell a story of comfort and creativity meeting on a plate. It’s the kind of place where a cheeseburger feels like a celebration, big enough to satisfy a hunger but tender enough to feel like a treat. The vegetarian options, including a well-balanced pizza topped with fresh vegetables, reflect an attentiveness to diverse tastes without losing that signature homestyle touch.

This is a corner of Joliette where the food is made with care and served with an ease that feels familiar. It’s where locals often gather after work or hang out on weekends, drawn by the authentic flavors and the steady beat of everyday life captured perfectly in a sandwich or a steaming poutine. Restoroute Joliette is not about flash, but about that quietly memorable comfort—the kind that lingers long after the last bite.

Best place in the entire world after Champion Pizza

If you're in the Joilette area and want a decent hamburger that's as big as your hand, with a side order of Black Sabbath, then this is the place.

The sub #1 is the best thing you'll ever order, trust me.

These guys make a wicked poutine. The way it's supposed to taste. The fries are out of this world, savory gravy and fresh cheese curd. What could any one ask for more??. . . A burger, a giant king size burger that's perfectly browned pattie puts a whopper to shame. If you're in the area or from the little town of joliette it's a must !!

Wish it would have been open though I ate there many times in the 70's but moved from there.I highly recommend the steak subs to die for.

Food is always good. I had a cheese burger and must admit it had a reasonable size meatpatty. The poutine was ok but not quite enough sauce to my liking. My only disappointment, and it is a bummer, is that I had bought my godson 50$ of coupons so he could have lunch there every now and then from school. But, to my big disappointment, when it came time to pay with the coupons, the cashier wouldn't take the totality of the bill for payment. Luckily, I was there to pay for the tx part... I mean, I give these to a 12 years old so he can eat there from school. He doesn't carry cash with him... what gives! They should accept the coupons as payment for everything... at the end of the day, the cash will all balance out. Very disaponted for my godson!

Great Hamburgers and subs, probably one of the best fast food in town. Really clean and lots of parking
